Meredith's Gluten-Free Bread

I have to write a quick post about this gluten-free bread from Meredith's Country Bakery that I discovered last week at the Rockefeller Center Greenmarket. Bread is probably one of the things I miss the least from my glutenous days. Shocker, I know. (I also don't miss pizza, which no one seems to understand.) Anyway, I loved it so much I just bought another loaf and figured it was worth a quick post! It's a little sweet, but I thought it went perfectly with sliced tomato and basil.

Meredith's Country Bakery is located in Kingston, NY, and I believe they sell their baked goods at many, if not all, of the NYC greenmarkets.
